Date back in 2009, MCU was acquired by the Walt Disney Co. for $4 billion and many key players of the industry were worried about the deal and calculated the repercussions it would take and ruin the Marvel characters such as Iron Man. Not only Marvel’s stand hold was on stake but also Disney’s financial position and stock valuation. Coming to 2017, The Disney’s acquisition decision is counted amongst the best for both the media giant as well as for the comic book publishers.
In an interview with IGN, Anthony Russo, director of Avengers series along with his brother Joe confirmed about how the two movies are the culmination of everything that happened in the MCU since Iron Man movie. These movies will end several things and in other ways will begin certain things.

The first 10 movies of the MCU, Captain America: Civil War brought in $1.5 billion across the globe while Doctor Strange brought $677.7 million and went to Oscar for Visual Effects nomination. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 grossed over $427 million worldwide, domestically it hit $145 million.
“Avengers: Endgame“, the 22nd offering of the banner released worldwide and was predicted to boom with $300 million in its opening weekend. But what looked obvious before is looking difficult now. Avengers: Endgame seems unable to cross the Avatar’s worldwide box office earnings since it is out in theaters. Though the Endgame witnessed the maximum earnings from the Asian countries and in India it has set a benchmark of first Hollywood movie to gross net 52.4 million dollars.
To understand Avengers: Endgame one has to watch all previous movies. It is quite astonishing how Avengers: Endgame was visualized 10 years back.
Besides, there are promising upcoming projects from the banner which will set a benchmark in the universe of Marvel Productions.
